The finca is located near Port Andratx in the valley between Port Andratx and Andratx.
The property has sun all day long and is very quiet due to its location in a cul-de-sac:
There is a main house at the edge of the plot, which could also be used separately. There is another building on the property which is suitable for renovation and conversion – at present it is only used for storage. It could be converted into a 2 bedroom house with living room, kitchen, terrace and conservatory. There is another building by the pool which could be converted into 2 bedrooms with bathroom.
The pool area is spacious and beautifully situated. With a little effort, one can beautify this area. The planting is very beautiful.
There is a horse stable and a chicken coop, which is currently still occupied.
